Coco Spa is fully registered with the Health Care Commission
When choosing a salon for your Laser Hair Removal, ensure they are registered with the Health Care Commission.
All premises offering Laser Skin Treatments, including Laser Hair Removal and Thread Vein Removal are required by law to be registered with the Health Care Commission. Part of the Health Care Commission's role is to oversee all private medical establishments in the UK, and Laser Skin Treatments fall under their umbrella. The Health Care Commission are principally concerned with client safety, and Coco Spa's registration with them ensures that we fully comply with all the relevant rules and regulations.
They ensure we keep all relevant documentation, our training and maintenance are up to date and provide and independent point for clients to register complaints and concerns about the service we offer.
Registration with the Health Care Commission ensures we employ the services of a Laser Protection Advisor, an external expert with many years experience of the use of lasers in skincare, to advise us. We are also obliged to follow the guidelines of an experienced Harley Street skin expert, ensuring your safe treatment.
Although registration with the Health Care Commission is obligatory, as yet only 30% of salons providing Laser Hair Removal are registered. Coco Spa is only one of three Laser Skin Clinics in West Yorkshire registered with the Health Care Commission.
For more information and details of Coco Spa's registration, visit the Health Care Commission's Website.
